A utility passes the apartment building at 100km/h
Honestly, the noise and view of a 100km/h motorway couldn’t be that appealing? I drive past this abomination nearly every day and honestly can’t believe that it has been approved – I had to take a pic! It is literally only 10m (33′) from a motorway which is an extension of the Bruce Highway, Australia’s “national” highway. Therefore it is constantly travelled by vehicles of all sizes, 24 hours a day. The rent would want to be damn cheap!

I saw this under construction and was also puzzled with the proximity to the road. I guess no-one would build a house there, so why not some units.
